Rate

Accessible star rating input with hover preview, keyboard control and optional half values.

c2-rate is a form-associated rating input. Set value and max, add allow-half for half-star precision, and use readonly when the score is only for display. Pointer hover previews a score before selection; Arrow keys, Home and End provide the same control from the keyboard.
